"Hyper Pack" is an RCS that coats the surface of sand grains with a thermosetting resin and is used as a casting aggregate in a special mold called "shell mold." It utilizes a two-peak particle size distribution instead of the conventional normal distribution, allowing for customization of particle size indices and blending with artificial sand. The second peak sand (fine sand peak) adheres immediately to the surface of the mold during blow filling, enabling the creation of a highly dense mold surface.
